Please contact your prospective program to confirm your application deadline.
Once admitted to the Soaring Scholar program, students will be sent an official admission letter—providing clarity on policies and the overall program. They will then work with their department and academic advisor for class registration in each of their remaining undergraduate semesters.
Students will begin taking courses toward their master’s degree during the final 30 credits of their bachelor's degree. Students must adhere to Graduate Academic policies outlined in the Graduate Catalog for any graduate courses taken.
Transitioning to Your Master's Program
Current Soaring Scholars must adhere to the academic policies in order to be considered for Graduate School application.
When you apply to graduate from your bachelor’s degree, you must also complete and submit a Graduate Application for admission to the master’s program. Any documents that were previously received as part of your Soaring Scholars application will be transitioned to your Graduate Application once it has been submitted. Please confirm all required application materials with your Director of Graduate Studies.
Upon starting in your first semester of graduate coursework, you will work with your department to complete the Request Transfer Credit form in order to add your accelerated coursework to your graduate record.
Admission to a Soaring Scholar program does not guarantee admission into a master’s degree program. You must meet all the requirements for admission at the time of application to be admitted. Learn more about the graduate admissions process.
