The Spring 2025 New Graduate Student In-Person Orientation will take place on Monday, January 6, 2025 from 1-4:30 pm in the Shumaker Research Building.

New Graduate Student In-Person Orientation gives new graduate students an opportunity to learn more about faculty expectations, connect with Graduate School staff, identify resources for student success, meet other new and returning graduate students from across all disciplines, and become a part of the UofL graduate student community!
Register to attend by January 3, 2025.

Permit parking: Floyd St. Garage (across from McDonalds). Visitor parking: Floyd St. Garage (across from Starbucks at the stoplight). Also, a few meter spots are available directly behind the SAC.
Don't Forget! New Graduate Student Orientation Online Module
New-to-UofL graduate students complete the standard orientation module. UofL alumni complete the returning orientation module.
