The Graduate Student Community Impact Award is designed to honor and recognize graduate students who use their voice, research, and actions to cultivate a more welcoming graduate community and demonstrate exceptional leadership. This award is open to graduate students from any program or department across the university.
The deadline to submit is 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, February 27.
Nomination Process
UofL faculty/units and staff may nominate graduate students. Students may also self-nominate.
Applications will be evaluated based on students’ intentional, sustained, impactful, and/or innovative research and efforts within the university community. Application materials should focus on work performed while the nominee has been in a UofL graduate degree program.
Award
One winner will receive a $500 award from the Graduate School.
