Every international applicant must complete an Application Supplement/Financial Declaration (PDF 97K) and submit appropriate official financial documents. Please refer to the financial supplement form for specific document requirements. If you will have a U.S. sponsor, they should complete the Affidavit of Support I-134 form and provide the necessary documents. This can be obtained from the immigration website at http://www.uscis.gov. The University reserves the right to require an advance deposit equal to two semester's tuition and fees as proof of sufficient financial resources.

Health insurance will be required of all admitted international students on non-immigrant visas.
