Other ResourcesSpecial Facilities and Services Diploma (Office of the Registrar Website) Diplomas will arrive at the Registrar's Office approximately six to eight weeks after the end of each term/semester. A notification will be sent to all graduates when diplomas arrive and are ready to be picked up at the Office of the Registrar, LL33 Houchens Hall, or you may request to have it mailed to you.
